Internet complaints for 16th and 17th block

Respected Sirs,

I am writing to you with regards to internet connectivity at the 16th and 17th block hostels. While the 15th and 14th block hostels enjoy good speeds and consistent internet connection , we struggle with speed and consistence. We need to go to these blocks or to the library to access the internet.

With the end-semesters nearing , we need access to internet for basic use such as downloading sample questions papers from the internet and other such resources. You attempt to changing the router setting to 'g' mode has not been of any success. We have repeatedly made requests for the same.

Kindly look into the matter and grant us better routers or fix the present ones for better wi-fi connectivity.

Dear Sourodeep,

The internet connectivity issue will be resolved in 16th and 17th Block by implementing indoor wifi routers in the corridors. The devices needs to fixed with in the corridors with enclosures for physical protection of the device. The work is in progress. The indoor wifi implementation activity will completed by 25th November,2010.
